Go to the menu "My account" in the upper right corner on the homepage and choose the option "Forgot your password". This will open a new page where you can enter your email address. Once you press "Reset my password"  you will receive a new password by e-mail.

It is important to enter the e-mail address you normally use to log into the webshop. 

You can always address your question to us by e-mail or by calling our customer service. One of our employees will be able to answer your question immediately and help you with your question.
