Returns & Exchanges

Each order you place with us has a trial period of 15 days. This means that you can view, feel and touch the product during this period, just like you would in a shop. Is the article you ordered not what you were looking for, or is a color or size just not the right one? No problem, you can return it. Care products, consumables and jewelry can only be returned in the original sealed packaging. Sterilized products cannot be returned, so be careful when ordering needles or inks.

Extensive use of the product during the trial period is not intended. Returning the product is no longer possible.

Some products are subject to exceptions. You will understand that you cannot return the following items if the seal is broken:

• Care products (Vaseline, aftercare,...)
• Consumables (Stencil paper, pens,...)
• Jewelry can only be returned in the original sealed packaging.

Sterilized products cannot be returned because this way we can no longer guarantee sterility, so be careful when ordering needles or inks.
