FK Irons machines have a 1-year warranty supplied by the manufacturer. This means that any repair, tuning, checking, from day one will be done by FK Irons directly. This means that any problems you have with the machine must be handled directly between you and FK Irons. Fill in the service form on the FK Irons website and they will send you a UPS return label.
Shipping
All orders placed before 2 p.m. leave the same working day and are normally delivered the next working day in the Benelux. No deliveries will be made during the weekend. There may be delays with the carrier over which we have no influence.
Orders with a net value greater than 150 euros are shipped for free within the Benelux, France and Germany.
